Kenneth is a partner at KTA Advocates, Kampala, specializing in intellectual property, technology, media, telecommunications and dispute resolution. He holds a master’s degree, LLM (International Commercial Law) from The University of South Wales, Bachelor’s Degree in Law LLB (Hons) from Uganda Christian University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.
He is licensed to practice law in Uganda & the greater commonwealth. In the area of intellectual property & technology, Kenneth has conducted specialized trainings in block chain technology, digital banking & data protection among others. He teaches the subject of intellectual property at Uganda Christian University, and has also conducted lectures on Cyber Law at Makerere University, Law School. Kenneth is also a member of the Young Lawyer’s Committee of the Uganda Law Society & the Intellectual Property Cluster, Uganda Law Society.
