Transnational Crimes: Challenges to Cross-Border Trade
While cross-border trade presents huge opportunities for local markets, there is always the danger of wayward elements exploiting these markets for illicit gains. The session is designed to empower lawyers from private practice, public service as well as corporations to handle these emerging challenges in their trade. The session is hosted in partnership with the Conference of Western Attorney Generals.
