Delegates are expected to be seated by 9am for the opening session which shall include an official address by the President of the Republic of Rwanda, and the keynote speaker – President of the International Bar Association.Thereafter, the delegates will disperse into various sessions set up to cover wide areas along the conference theme and sub-theme.
